Old, dirty rugs in the elevator!!! Paint wearing off on doors!!! The inconsistent room assignment and hot water issues suggested poor communication among staff!!! A deep cleaning in the common areas would significantly improve the experience!!!

Didn't like anything, except bed comfort.

Free breakfast was simple, but staying by the highway was noisy at night.

Additionally, a concerning phone scam attempt disrupted sleep, as the front desk acknowledged as common but failed to provide adequate warning to guests.

Loved the cozy King room with unique decor! The pool area was a nice spot to relax after a busy day. They even have a mini fridge for late-night snacks, which was awesome. The quick access to the highway made it easy to explore nearby attractions.

This place really saved us during a hot week when our A.C. went out at home. We loved the refreshing saltwater pool and laid-back cabanas, which made our stay super relaxing. Just a heads up, breakfast options were a bit limited, but overall, we had a fantastic experience! ☀️

i had a quick overnight stop at this hotel and it really exceeded my expectations. compared to my past stays in metairie, the staff were friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. the saltwater pool was a nice touch, perfect for a relaxing evening after a long drive.
